Log into your Metagenics account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
